Since 2002, we’ve been building and growing businesses across the hospitality, franchise, and real estate sectors. What began with hands-on store and operations management has evolved into a diversified portfolio of multi-unit franchise ownership and property investments across Indiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and beyond.
Our operations span multiple well-known brands, including Subway, Wingstop, Biggby Coffee, Dunkin’, and more. In the hospitality sector, we manage leading hotel brands such as Baymont, Motel 6, EconoLodge, and Quality Inn. Beyond hospitality and food service, our expanding real estate portfolio includes rental homes, commercial properties, and strategic land investments.
What drives us is a simple philosophy: people first. We believe in strong vendor partnerships, efficient operations, and leadership that empowers teams to deliver lasting success and community impact.

1994 – 2001

Education

Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Gangamai College of Engineering, Maharashtra, India (1994–1998). Master of Science in Computer Science Illinois Institute of Technology & University of Springfield, Illinois, USA.

2002 – 2006

Early Hospitality & Franchise Beginnings

First Hospitality Ventures Operated Best Western Edmond Inn & Suites (Edmond, OK), sold in 2003, and Quality Inn (Oklahoma City, OK), sold in 2006. Subway Franchises (OKC) Opened and managed multiple Subway locations, all sold by 2006.

2006 – 2014

Hospitality & Franchise Growth

Baymont Inn & Suites (Franklin, IN) Acquired and still operating. Best Western (Indianapolis, IN) Operated until sold in 2014. Subway Expansion (IN & KY) Grew to 20+ locations between 2006–2014.

2008 – 2014

Diversification & Brand Expansion

Diversification & Brand Expansion Expanded into new ventures including New Whiteland Self Storage (2008–2016), Sunoco and Marathon Mini Marts (2008–present), Bajio Mexican Grill with three locations sold in 2013, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt with over 25 franchises sold in 2014, and Koko Fit Club with three fitness clubs sold in 2014.

2010 – 2016

Franchise Expansion & Retail Growth

Subway Growth Phase Operated 50+ Subway restaurants across Indiana and Kentucky. Fuel & Convenience Retail Expanded Marathon and Sunoco presence in Indiana. Dunkin’ Donuts #348827 (Shelbyville, IN) Operated from 2012 to 2019.

2014 – 2020

Modern Expansion

Wingstop Franchise Development (Indianapolis, IN) Opened six Wingstop outlets between 2014 and 2018; sold all units in 2020.

2016–Present

Hospitality & Real Estate Growth

Hospitality Expansion Managing multiple hotel properties including Baymont, Motel 6, EconoLodge, Quality Inn, Lucky Vista Motel, and Springs Motel across IN & KY. Real Estate & Land Investments Acquired over 30 commercial and residential properties since 2016.

2021–Present

Subway Expansion & Revival

Subway Franchise Resurgence Acquired and launched over 20 new Subway units across Indianapolis, Bloomington, Franklin, and Crawfordsville.

2022–Present

Entry into Specialty Coffee Segment

Biggby Coffee #899 (Plainfield, IN) Entered the specialty coffee market and continues franchise expansion.

2023–Present

Ongoing Multi-Brand Expansion

Continued Growth & Expansion Added new Subway locations in Bloomington, Jasper, Martinsville, and Indianapolis, expanding the total footprint to over 70 operating locations across Indiana, Kentucky, and Oklahoma.
